Tiptree Parish Council Staffing Meeting Held Behind Closed Doors

A recent Staffing Sub-Committee meeting of Tiptree Parish Council has taken place, with several procedural decisions agreed.

Arrange a formal grievance meeting following a complaint submitted in December 2025
Allow the Chairman, Cllr Greenwood, to:
- Conduct the grievance process
- Arrange meetings and correspondence
- Carry out any necessary investigation
- Contact the council’s HR provider
Appoint a councillor to act as note taker during the grievance process
Note that a previously discussed request for additional support had been withdrawn

All decisions listed were recorded as being proposed, seconded, and resolved unanimously.
